Thank you for shopping with Barambah Creek Beef.  We guarantee you quality grass fed and grass finished beef from our paddocks to your plate.  By purchasing our product online we ask you to read and agree to our shipping policy for all orders. 

Our Terms:

Your shipping details will be stored according to our privacy policy (please refer to our privacy policy at barambahcreekbeef.com.au)

Due to the nature of our frozen beef product(s) we need to allow up to 14 days for the dispatch and delivery process.

You understand that all product is frozen, packed to stay frozen to point of delivery to your door

Once delivered to your door, your beef product(s) need to be stored in your freezer immediately, we take no responsibility for the product once it is delivered to you (includes spoiling, damage or stolen from point of delivery if no one is home).

A time has not been specified for delivery, it will be according to instructions provided beforehand.  We take no responsibility if there is no one home to take delivery.  Your product will be left at your front door and after this time, it is your responsibility.

Once ordered, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product, particularly a change of mind.
