Our season is still punching above its weight but we are now looking for follow up rain!
We have been focusing on utilising frosted winter feed while resting a large parcel of our country waiting for the ground temperature to rise above 20 degrees to help germinate our summer perennials.
We have been doing some really cool cooking videos such as our Bone Marrow Broth!
Check out our Beef Boxes and videos and make sure to save them to your favourites.
We are getting Cattle ready to be processed for our general Online orders and Farmers Markets Requirements, we have also been invited to supply beef to an event that is held not far from us. This event is Hosted by Integrity Soils with Nicole Masters who is a guru in the space of Soil Microbiology and the relationship Fungi has with good soil balance.
BMRG (Burnett Mary Regional Group) are co contributors to the event alongside Tressavale Pastoral where the event is being held.
We will be on the ground helping prepare Brisket, Nitrate Free Corned Silverside, Flank Steak and our famous sausages with around 150 people to feed for 3 days! This means around 150kgs of mixed product.
